El Pirata Y El Perico

We will be traveling to the World the week leading up to Thanksgiving. What are the chances of El Pirata y El Perico being open during that time? We've eaten there once before & loved it...nice change from burgers & fries. Also, when it is open, is it more often a counter service or buffet?

It's counter service, once they did a "test buffet" but nothing ever came of that. I like it too- also get tired of burgers and chicken fingers for counter service. It's a good possibilty it will be open during Thanksgiving- it usually opens for peak times. It's open now...

Since it started becoming "seasonal" it has not been open when we have been there at Thaksgiving time and into the first week of December. In fact this past July 1-4 was the first time we have seen it open in at least 4 years when we have been there!
