Only Disney knows what discounts they'll offer (if any) for October. You can take a look at the historic discounts (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/discounts/historicdiscounts.asp) to get an idea of what was offered in the past, but there's no guarantee they'll offer the same or similar (or any) discounts this year.
