Another smoking question...

Now that all of the resort rooms are "smoke free," has Disney been renovating the former smoking rooms? I am worried that I will end up in a room that smells very strongly of cigarettes, since niether DH or I smoke and he gets sick when he is around to much smoke.

There is not a chance that you will get a room that smells like smoke.
Disney is cleaning them, painting them and changing anything fabric in the room that might be able to hold the smell.

I noticed you are going in October. All the rooms are basically done now, so you definitely shouldn't have any issues in October. Remember, if you are not pleased with your room for any reason, let the front desk know and ask to have your room changed.

4 at POFQ in the middle of June. It had been identified on some boards as a smoking optional building. I can't say with any certainty that smokers had used the room recently, but there was no trace of a smoke smell in our room.
