This is a really stupid question, but I have so many website address floating around, I am not sure which one to use.

Please provide the link to make/see/explore what the costs will be for an upcoming trip via the WDW reservation system.

I have tried:
http://disneyworld.disney.go.com
I get an internal server error message

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/reservations

Nothing seems to happen. I am wondering if it is because I am using a Mac?

Thanks in advance!

Those links work for me, I am using a Windows Vista computer. This the link to disney home page http://home.disney.go.com/index see if that works.

Your top link worked fine for me (the bottom one is no longer correct), but I would suggest just typing www.disneyworld.com

The links not working should have nothing to do with you using a Mac, but could be affected by your browser, firewall settings, your internet provider, or any number of other things.

Thanks, but it is still not working. I will have to try from my home PC and see what happens. When I get to the point of putting in the kids ages, and hit the Go button, a blank screen comes up and nothing is there.

I actually emailed Disney to see what they say.

Will keep plugging along!

26 days & counting! :joy:

Actually I have been having some problems with the Disney website. When I fill out forms like to get a planning dvd or something like that, once I fill the form out and click continue/submit it will always just goes back to the blank form that I just filled out.

I've been having nothing but problems with all of the Disney sites since they upgraded disney.com. I still can't get any of them to work and I've verified I've got Flash 9 and have cleared my cache and everything...nothin' but a a black or blue screen depending on the site...ugh!!! Any ideas?

All -
I have tried and the same thing keeps happening. I have used the above link; I even used the link Strmchaser provided (www.disneyworld.com).

At least it is not happening to just me. I really thought I was losing it! I contacted Disney and they emailed me back the following reply - of course, I did what they told me to do, and still nothing. I even tried using Internet Explorer and still, the same issues are happening. It is almost as if once they updated their main site, everything else just slowed down and stopped working (at least for me, anyway )

Disney's response:

Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World Resort.

I noticed you are using the Safari Browser, in my previous email from
the guest. Few guests had mentioned in their email that they have
challenge visiting Disney web site using the Safari Browser. You might
want to use a different browser and see if it works.

Most Internet engines hold a copy of a website (cache) in history so
that its faster to pull up the next time you go to the site. It may be
necessary to clear your cache to see the most up to date information on
websites you frequently use. We are always updating our website and as
such it is always a suggestion to clear your cache so you see the most
up to date information.

Clearing Temporary Internet Files (cache)

1. From the browser menu along the top of the screen, select "Tools"

2. One of the selections in the menu should be "Internet Options",
select that option.

3. There should be a section marked "Temporary Internet Files" on the
tab marked General. In this section there should be at least one button
that says "Delete Files".

4. Select this "Delete Files" button. Another box should pop up asking
if you want to delete offline files also. Check yes and then select OK.
The system will then go about deleting the temporary internet files from
the computer. Don't worry, this does not affect favorites or any
bookmarked items, but will clear the cache.
