Anyone taken a taxi van and was there a car seat onboard?

Are you planning to request a taxi van ahead of time? If so, you can request they bring a car seat along with them. If not, it's probably luck of the draw as to whether there will be one or not. Hopefully someone else with actual taxi van/car seat experience will be along soon...

I didn't know I could make that request or if there is an extra cost, etc. I have never taken a taxi at WDW and need all the info I can get...
