Faxing to Pop?

Has anyone ever had a problem faxing a request to Pop Century? I've been trying to an hour to fax them but it doesnt seam to want to go through:mad:

I did it on a weekday(not that recent). Are you getting a busy signal?

When I am trying to fax it, the fax says that its connecting and then it says that its waiting for redial so I guess it could be that its busy:confused:
