Little Ones Magic Hour--age requirement??

What exactly is the Little Ones Magic Hour?
I found the dates for it, and am assuming that MK just opens 1 hour early on these dates.
Is this something different than morning EMH?

Also, is there an age restriction for the children that participate? DD is 7 and I think this would be so fun for her but I was wondering if there was an age limit.

there is no age restriction, and its an hour that just fantsyland is open for an extra hour in the morning, and from what i understand there are a lot of characters interacting with the kids, we will be going on some of the dates in sept
