"Sorry, a system error has occurred. Please try back later." Why does the Disney website keep telling me this when I try to look under "Special Offers" while I'm logged in as a Annual Passholder? I want to find out about the room discounts. Is it overloaded or something.

I think I know the answer - clear out your cookies. Sometimes they get corrupted, and you get this message. Delete anything that says "Disney" or "Go". Let us know if that fixes the problem!:mickey:

I got that same msg last week! I logged on Monday to book my December Vacation and got the msg, no big deal I will try again and I did Tuesday through Friday morning when I finally got so fed up I just called reservations. The CM I spoke with was ultra polite and told me the server was being updated and problems had been reported. Given the fact I had to wait about 10 mins on the phone before I spoke with her I guess its a fairly universal problem. But you can always call!

That message has nothing to do with the systems upgrade. I've been getting it periodically during this entire year. Each time I just clean out the cookies, and then I'm able to get back in.

Okay,I know I am a dummy, but how to you clean out the cookies???????

While on line, click on Tools, then on Internet Options. Click on Delete Cookies, Delete Files, and Clear History. That should help!

If you're running Internet Explorer 6 WITHOUT Service Pak 2 you'll keep getting the error....time to upgrade to version 7!
