I was wondering what is included in WL club level. Not much is explained in the resorts section. I would appreciate any information. Also, is it worth it? Thanks!:mickey:

Before you arrive, you'll have access to a pre-planning department. They can assist you with making your ADR's, arranging entertainment, tours, spa appointments, transportation, purchasing gifts, etc.

As you arrive, notify bell services that you are staying on the club level and they'll escort you up for a private check-in.

Rooms are located on a secure floor that can only be accessed by placing your room key into the slot inside the elevator. Dedicated CM's are on duty daily on that floor from 7am to 10pm. They can help you with any last minute plans or anything else you might need during your stay. There is a club level lounge there as well. For the WL, that's a small room that holds different food and drink servings throughout the day. For example, continental breakfast items, bowls of snack food, wine/cheese, a few appetizers and late night desserts. You can also get cold drinks and coffee/tea throughout the day. In the evening, wine, beer and cordials are also available. Tables, chairs and sofas are setup around the balcony overlooking the main lobby.

Whether or not the service is worth it, is a personal choice. The food offered in the lounge is a nice option, but not a meal replacement. You'll still need to add in lunches and dinner. Having someone make your ADR's can be a great convenience if you are on the west coast, or just don't have the time to do it yourself. Many people prefer talking to the dining folks themselves. It's really about what you're looking for in a vacation and what you're willing to spend the extra money on.

My family and I stayed Club level at the WL last July. My parents enjoyed it much more then my sister and I (the kids were in the parks, the adults spent much more time relaxing in the room).
Every morning there was a light breakfast; bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, juice, and milk.

Throughout the day there were various other snacks to endulge in! (I am not sure about the times as I was usually in the park during the time in which they were served!)

The view from the concierge lounge is a great place to enjoy breakfast, as as my parents said; a nice glass of wine at night!

The WL club level is lovely. The CMs are super nice, and the tables for the lounge surround the upper bannisters so you look down at the gorgeous lobby. I really enjoyed it. We were upgraded so I didn't use the preplanning, but they share with the Poly and they are just wonderful...they'll help you plan whatever you need!
