Decorations for MNSSHP

Are the fall/halloween decorations that the Magic Kingdom has for MNSSHP up from Mid-September thru Halloween, or do they only set up decorations for the actual event each night of the event? (is that confusing?)
OR
If you are at the Magic Kingdom during Mid-Sept. thru Halloween, but do not go to MNSSHP, do you still see fall or Halloween decorations throughout the park?
Do any other parks decorate for fall or Halloween?

Like at Christmas, decorations are out all the time. Also like for the MVMCP, some things do only come out special for the party (lights and such), but the general decorations are up all the time.

The fall and Halloween decorations are out all
the time. They do bring out the big pumpkin
balloons for the trick or treat in the MK. Also
the paddle boat has a special ride with stories.
It is very neat. The characters are dressed up
in costumes. It is a fun party. If you are there
during the a date for a party you should try to
go. We love it! :mickey:

I forgot to tell you that there is a special parade
with the headless horseman. GREAT!
