trouble getting connecting rooms at Pop

I think it would take a lot of circumstances for you to "not" get a connecting room. Mainly, the occupancy level at the resort and requests by guests checking in before you.

I got my reservations through AAA and got guaranteed connecting rooms. I did not have any problems getting them, but I booked my vacation a year in advance.

Unfortunately, nothing is truly guaranteed. As I said, so many factors can change things. They do try their best and can also offer you a comporable resort that may fit your needs. That seldom ever happens, but just something to keep in mind.

Two years ago we had 3 rooms booked and they were all right next to each other.

1) There are just so many connecting rooms.
2) If others request it, they get reserved.
3) Keep calling in case of cancellations.

We just got back from Pop & had 3 rooms, two which we wanted connecting. We got that alright but were farthest away you can be. Just be careful how much you request. If distance is important or 1st floor or view. Just request the important thing.
