2008 Disney Specials...

Does anyone remember or know if Disney releases Feb. specials? Iam going for FD in Sept. but my mom and I want to go also in the winter time....:mickey:

1) February specials are hard to come by.
2) The season is just too busy.
3) Why offer deals when people don't need incentives?
4) Get an AP and you might score some room discounts.

We went in February 2006 and got a promotion that gave us the hopper and water parks and more option for free.
