Magical Journeys question

I am hoping someone can help me. I e-mailed Karen at MJ back this morning and have not heard back from her. She told me that she was going on vacation Saturday and we were trying to get things taken care of. I am antsy to talk to her. I even sent an additional e-mail from my work account and still nothing.
