I can speak to some of these.

Sci-Fi: It's interesting and a nice place to relax with a burger and fries.

Coral Reef: Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with the aquarium and all. The food is good and the experience is enjoyable.

Biergarten: Fun, lively, and a great way to meet people. Food is excellent and bountiful.

LeCellier: One of the best places in all of WDW.

Spirit of Aloha: Entertainment is great. Food is pretty good. Service is a crapshoot. Hopefully, the last part has been corrected.

The restaurants sound great! I can't imagine, though, how you can eat so many large meals in one day. We do go in July, though, so one large meal is plenty with all that heat! Have a great time!:mickey:

Le Cellier is excellent! One of the best 1 table service meals. Sci Fi is fun, stick to the shakes and schtick, keep food expectations low. I really liked Hollywood and Vine/Fantasmic. I am eager to hear how you like the castle! I'll say a prayer for your baby.

Great choices! I think it is great that you're going to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner all in the same trip. Your wife will certainly get to meet all of the princesses!

You've got a lot of fabulous restaurants on your list! I agree with another poster, for me, personally, that's a lot of food, but every family is different! Enjoy!!

Here's prayers coming your way for going to WDW with a miraculously healthy son!!

I would think about skipping Fantasmic -- it is going to potentially be too intense/scary for a 23 month old. You might want to start a thread over in theme parks and see how other 2 year olds have handled this.

God bless your family.
