Chef Mickey or Crystal Palace

I already have a ADR for Crystal Palace and have already eaten there in 2005, but my BF has never been there. I was wondering would you keep the CP ADR or go to Chef Mickey's instead? Neither one of us have been to CM and was wondering which one is better.

I have been to both a few times and Chef Mickey's definitely gets my vote.:thumbsup: The food is better IMO and so is the character interaction!

To me it all depends on your love of the characters. Do you want to interact with Pooh and Friends (CP) or MIckey and Friends (CM)? Both are buffets, CM is larger, but CP offers items cooked to order. My kids preferred CP because of the characters and the fact that it is in the park.

I highly recommend trying CM especially if you have neevr been there. Its a fun place with lots of food options. :mickey:

Both restaurants are fine and they are pretty similar. I suggest trying Chef Mickey's because you've never been.

Went to both on our last trip, and you can not go wrong with either. In saying that, we liked CM better.:thumbsup:

I feel the CM is the best place to eat. I love the CM characters, the food, IMO, is better and the atmosphere on the concourse of the Contemporary is awesome!! You'll love it.

We didn't find the food much different. CP is beautiful inside, very open and airy. I suppose it depends on whether you want Pooh and friends or Mickey and friends. I don't think you'll be disappointed with either choice. :mickey:

Thank you for all your responses. Unfortuately, I'm going to have to save Chef Mickey's for another time as they are completely booked for the days I had open. :( I still have the ADR for CP for I guess that is where we are going.

Yeah, I'm kinda bummed now. I got my hopes up for something different and they are all booked up. Hopefully if I keep calling, somebody will cancel and I can get my ADR in.

After calling and calling, they are offering Chef Mickey's for lunch during free dining and I was able to get in. :mickey:
