Confused About El Pirata

Is it a CS meal under the DDP? :confused: I'm confused because I see on the Intercot Menu it is a $22 buffet, which is more pricey than your average CS. Is it just a good value, or am I missing something? And is it open?

At peak seasonal times (holidays, etc), El Pirata is converted to a buffet to service the crowds. Otherwise, it is a quick counter service location serving tacos and such. I believe it is currently open. This is one place we've never eaten at before. :mickey:
