If you came into a enough money that you could stay in any Disney Resort, any room at that resort (not including Castle) for 1 week, where would you stay?
I thought I heard or saw a room called the Walter E Disney suite but can't remeber where it was. It had pics of Walt Disney all over.

Cool question! I would stay at the Grand Floridian in the Grand Suite (I think it was called that!) I saw it once on the Travel Channel on that show, Great Hotel. Gorgeous and luxurious! And FYI caryrae: I think the Walt Disney suite was at the Grand Floridian too.

One of the garden suites at the Boardwalk. We got bumped up to one of them for our HM and I would love to stay there again!

Wow, tough choice. I'd have to choose one of the following:
- Polynesian with a view of the castle
- Wilderness Lodge
- Beach Club
- Boardwalk Inn

:D Fun question.

I have 3 choices that rank pretty close to each other.

Boardwalk Garden - Garden Suites or Grand Villa.
any Poly suite with view of castle.

If you need help deciding I found this page on the MJ website with pics of the suites at different Disney Resorts. The list is about halfway down the page.

I love the view from the Contemporary Presidential Suite but I don't think I like the way the inside looks.

My choice would be the Royal Asanté Suite at Animal Kingdom Lodge. I saw a tour of it on the Travel Channel and it was beautiful.

I'd go with a savannah view at AKL or a MK view at CR or Poly.

I'd definitely stay in the Presidential Suite at either the Boardwalk, Yacht Club, Beach Club, or Contemporary. Or the King Kamehamaha Suite at the Poly. Heck, I'd even take one of the Grand Villas at one of the DVC properties!

If DL was included, it would definitely be the new Mickey Suite in the DL Hotel.

Of course, I've already stayed in the best Disney hotel room there is. :D

Definitely the Walt Disney Suite in GF. OR one with an incredible view, so I could watch Wishes every night from my balcony!:fworks:

I would have to say 3bdrm villa at the Boardwalk for a month. So all my friends and family can come and stay with us. So they could fall in love with WDW just like me.:cloud9:

I'd buy the Grand Suite (or WD or RD suite) and live in it... only I'd get my own internet service installed to I wouldn't have to pay $10/day:thumbsup:

Love the Royal Asante suite at the AKL but I am torn between that and the King Kamehameha Suite at the Poly (only because of the monerail and the view of the MK.)

LOL -- OK.....so it looks like we will be the only two splitting the Powerball winnings :D We should be able to stay for at least a few months on that......Maybe we could try a new suite at a different resort each week.

Do you guys remember back when Princess Diana stayed at the Grand Flo, and they spoke of how they changed the carpeting in the suite to match her luggage? Well when I told DH about this thread, he mentioned that and said could you imagine if they re-did the decor to match our family luggage----- it would be covered with duct tape and have bare spots in it --lolol

Not to worry with our Powerball winnings you can buy new luggage and they can match that!!!

Animal Kingdom Lodge Concierge for me!!! That's an easy question!! Unfortunatel I can't afford that so we're opting for the Pop Century this time.

a savannah room at AKL just because I think it would be cool to see the animals outside your room.

another room would be a room in the tower looking at the cinderella castle.

Or concierge anywhere...just because it would be cool if I could afford it :cloud9:

Our dream vacation would be 2 nights in AKL with Savannah view (for me) and 5 nights in Poly with a castle view (for DH.) DH has always wanted to stay in a monorail resort. Maybe someday I'll be able to make that wish come true for him.

Anywhere in the MAIN tower of the C.R. We stayed the once BUT we did not stay in the "main" building. I wouldnt be picky just put us up for a night to be able to walk right out our door and on the monorail.

Poly concierge with a mk lagoon view. Stayed in a lot of different resorts in a lot of different rooms and this was by far our favorite.
