My DH and I will be in WDW July 12-19th and we love The World Showcase so we were wondering if someone could recommend some places to dine.

Thank you:mickey:

Given how late this is in the planning I would say eat wherever you can get an ADR. Since you're there during the busier season the "popular" places probably booked up at 180 days out. However, you can call WDW dining and see what, if anything, is still available. I can recommend any place in WS. They're all good. Le Cellier is the most popular, but all of the restaurants are wonderful. Just pick the kind of food you like and go for it.

Honestly, if you can't get ADR's in World Showcase, I wouldn't stress about it. One of my favorite things to do in EPCOT is to "eat around the world". All of the countries have snack carts and counter service that allows you to grab something small from each place and keep moving. We always enjoy having such a huge variety to choose from.

I haven't tried Le Cellier (Canada) yet, but it is overwhelmingly popular. My favorites, in order, of the ones I have tried:

1) Marrakesh(Morocco)
2) Chefs de France
3) San Angel Inn (Mexico)
4) Teppanyaki (Japan, but closed for rehab).
5) Rose & Crown (England)
6) Alfredo di Roma (Italy)

Call and see what you can get. They're all fun and unique, so you can't go wrong in any case.

Restaurant Marrakesh is slightly more exotic than some of the other World Showcase restaurants. Tables are sometimes available late in the planning process.

Wow, there are lots of yummy options.
1. Le Cellier (Canada)
2. Rose and Crown (England)
3. San Angel Inn (Mexico)
4. Teppanyaki (Japan)

I would call and see what you can get and if you can't get dinner try lunch. We usually have Lunch at Le Cellier because sometimes dinner is hard to get.

Our favorite table services
1) Le Cellier
2) Teppanyaki at Japan

There are lots of very good counter services in the World Showcase as well. We particularly enjoy the one in France, Boulanger Patisserie

Le Cellier, which is probably hard to get into at this late date, try for lunch
the places in Japan which are currently being rehabbed
Nine Dragons
San Angel (the atmospher not the food)
Rose & Crown
Akershus (which i will b going to this wk for the first character meal ever and first time there in few yrs)
the bakery in Akershus
Marrakesh as stated above may b easier to get into.

I would call to see what is still avaliable for your time frame and go from there. I don't think you can go wrong in many places, they all seem to be good. If there isn't anthing for dinner in World Showcase you could always try a late lunch. Many of the restaurants serve lunch in addition to dinner.

Marrakesh is our favourite WS restaurant (me, DH, DS9 and DS3). Our boys also really enjoy Teppenyaki.

If you're interested in a nice counter service meal, Tangerine Cafe is a good bet.
