Which would you choose?

Which do you like better in MK....Tony's or the Crystal Palace? I'm trying to decide.

For my family it would be Crystal Palace. The food is good and you have a variety to choose from on the buffet. Plus you have Winnie the Pooh and Friends.

It would be Crystal Palace for my family also. I think we need to get to Tony's again though, I haven't been there since my first trip in 97.

I've never eaten at the Crystal Palace, so I can't talk about that. I have; however, eaten at Tony's and wouldn't go back. The food wasn't even the quality of an Olive Garden, which isn't saying much.

I have not eaten at Tony's, but the food and service seem to be hit or miss according to posts I have read here. We went to CP in October and had the earliest lunch seating. It was great and the characters were great! If I had to choose, I would choose CP because it is a character meal. Hope that helps!;)

Like everyone else has said, I enjoy buffets and I like character interaction, so I would choose Crystal Palace.

If you like sit down meals, try Tony's. If you like buffet's, then it would be the Crystal Palace. I've eaten at both and had good food and service and each.

Never done CP, but plan to in the future. 3 years ago, our experience with Tony's was good. Nice CM, good food etc. Last year, it took forever to get our food. Our appetizer was brought out at the same time as our entrees. The food was just ok. Like someone else said, Olive Garden is wayyyy better. I had calamari. It was really gross, (and I like calamari).

I would have to go with Crystal Palace. With it being a buffet, there is alot to choose from and try. I have eaten at both, but would choose CP over Tony's.

We just love the Crystal Palace! I really think it's just about the best buffet in all of WDW. We love the atmosphere too!

I like Tony's!! My family has eaten there twice and enjoyed it. The food is good and the atmosphere with all the lady and the tramp stuff is really cute.If you can time it so you finish around the time of Spectro or ask to sit on the porch and you can catch Spectromagic. :mickey:

Crystal Palace, hands down. For us, a family of six, the variety always makes a large difference! :mickey:

CP for breakfast, LTT for lunch, and we leave the park for dinner. Remember, Kona, O'hana, 1900, GFC, etc. are just a short monorail ride away; and WCC is a peaceful boat trip away. The food at the resorts is far, far superior to what you'll get inside the MK.

Crystal Palace.

Though it was nice eating outside at Tony's while the parade was passing by - but hours later when "agida" reared its ugly head - it wasn't so nice! ;)

Crystal Palace is so beautiful inside. And lots of stuff there that won't give you "agida." :D

The two restaurants are different, but Crystal Palace is probably better.

Only choose Tony's Town Square Restaurant if you are against buffets or character meals.

I'd choose Crystal Palace. We enjoy their buffet and the characters are great. We have eaten at Tony's, and thought the service was good but the food wasn't anything to entice us to go back.

I would go the CP route since I am not a fan of the Italian food offered at WDW. They just don't do Italian well:sick:
