Current Gm and/or Chef at CG

I'm trying to send a nice letter to the General Manager or just the Chef at CG. I am (on hold) with CR as I type and nobody at the CR can tell me who to address my letter to.

I love having a great choice of Premium wines by the glass.. Most people shy away from paying $15.00 or more for a glass of wine but if it's an item that is $80.00 a bottle at the wine store what a great way to try a "top shelf" wine

I read an earlier note (while looking up the GM and Chef) that CG has 30% of total sales in Wine and spirits. The norm for 3-4 star restaurants is 15-18%.

They know it... they sell it.. and by the response of the masses (here anyway) We all love it..... can't wait..
