Race for the Taste, 10/07/07

I was just visiting the Race for the Taste website and now I am beginning to wonder how much of an effect this event will have on our trip. How has this event affected traffic, crowd levels in the parks, etc. in past years?

I don't think the event will have much of an impact. The regular Disney marathon and half marathon (held in January) don't tend to impact the parks very much, and this appears to be a smaller event.

However, that is Columbus Day weekend, so the crowds may be up some because of that. I'm not anticipating them being too awful though as I'll be there at the same time. :thumbsup:
