CM just told my DW that they absolutely expect AP rates for summer almost immediately.

AP rates are Annual Passholder rates.
It is a discount for your room rate. Kind of a bonus for buying the pass for a whole year.

I made a 2nd summer ressie yesterday and the CM seemed very sure, again, that AP rates were soon to be released.
Where do you think they are hiding?

My guess is that they are vacationing on the Disney Cruise Line.

My best guess if they're going to be offered would be in the next few weeks, but I'm also hedging my bet that the offerings will be for after the 4th of July and will only include high-end deluxe accommodations.
