Can you use the both DDP & DDE at one sitting?

For example, at 2TS restaurants we pay OOP for the kids & DH & I usually have a couple of drinks w/ our meal. Could we use the DDP for our meals & the DDE for everything we would pay OOP for?

Yes and yes. The only thing is look closely at your cash ticket. Sometimes servers add themselves an 18% tip to the cash ticket even though they aren't supposed to.
