Today's question is a little different, asking you to pick from two little things that could happen to you while you're in the park, or possibly even just on property.

Which would give you more pleasure: by chance running into Mickey Mouse and getting an autograph or finding a Hidden Mickey on your own?

Y100Q22 will appear here in Theme Parks, most likely on Monday.

While I enjoy finding hidden Mickeys, I feel like a five year old meeting Mickey! Even if I already saw him that day! I get so excited I can't stand it!:mickey:

There is just something about meeting that mouse that does it for me!:mickey:

We're always on the look out for Hidden Mickeys! Searching for them adds a lot of repeatability to the parks.

Meeting Mickey is always the best. Even when we went on a backstage tour, and saw where the coustume are manufactured ... including Mickey. We all got so excited when a few minutes later we saw Mickey walking through the utilidors.

I would say meeting Mickey would be my pick. My DD loved it everytime she sees Mickey. She is to young to find the hidden mickeys:mickey:

I voted Hidden Mickey on the assumption it was new and undiscovered. Otherwise, I would have went the other way.

Tough question! When I first saw Mickey in the opening ceremony at MK I got a giant lump in my throat. However, I like finding hidden Mickeys because I can share that with DH. (I'm not one for getting autographs, but random:mickey: Mickey sightings are great.)

I have never really gotten into the hidden Mickey's, and it is always fun to meet him at the parks so I voted for that.:mickey:

I've never found a Hidden Mickey by myself, but I want to and will keep trying!

meeting mickey with no long line to wait in!

I'm not much of an autograph person so I'd rather find a hidden mickey on my own. Even if I changed it to a picture instead of an autograph I'd still rather find a hidden Mickey

I love meeting the characters and collecting the autographs!!:mickey:

This has been the easiest question yet. No contest- bumping into Mickey by chance without having to wait in line would be so exciting!

I picked meeting Mickey, because I'm assuming when you say "by chance" you mean I'm not standing in a 30 minute line first!!

I like to get character autographs, and get them framed!

I don't collect autographs but meeting Mickey randomly would be exciting. Any character in fact. I've run into several over the years that were about to go "onstage" and it's fun to steal a quick photo or hug.
Last Dec. w/ MVMCP I ran into Pinocchio and Geppeto near the bathroom behind the Pinocchio Village Haus. They were waiting to be called "onstage" it was exciting to b/c Geppeto asked me to dance with him. The impromptu is so much more fun.

It's nice to bag a picture with Mickey at some point while at WDW. While seeing Mickey is not my absolute favorite thing to do while there, we seem to find hidden Mickeys everywhere and don't make a huge deal of it...

I'll have to go with finding a hidden Mickey on my own.

Any chance meeting with any character is magical.

Last year we ran into Pooh, Tigger and Eyore one night walking behind the Rose and Crown.

It's one of our best memories of last year.

I like to find Hidden Mickey's but I'd rather have the meet and greet. Mickey brings the child out in all of us

I have to go with hidden Mickey’s. I get excited when I see them. I’m sure if I ever have kids my answer will change, though.

We would rather just book our visits with Mickey through an ADR at Chef Mickey's. You get more time with him one on one and don't feel rushed to get a quick autograph and picture. I love finding hidden mickeys in the park. It also makes you take a closer look at some of the theming and decor around you.

Definitely coming across Mickey! I get why they have the designated times/locations to meet Mickey (after all he is the big cheese - pun intended!), but having a chance encounter with him is just soooo exciting! Makes me feel like a 5 year old all over again :mickey:

I had to go with the hidden Mickey. My kids are old enough that they aren't thrilled anymore about the characters and we've seen every kind of Mickey there is (farmer Mickey, space Mickey, etc.). Sorry Mickey:sorry:

I've met Mickey so many times, so I'd have to say finding hidden mickeys on my own. Of course, I can't make it through a trip without see the big guy and saying hi!:mickey:

Me too...I look and look but never find one. That's not going to stop me from trying though!

For sure meeting Mickey!!! We were lucky to do so once at EPCOT. We were just heading out for the day when the character bus came by and literally stopped in front of us. A few folks scrambled ahead of us but we were 3rd in line and my DD 5 was thrilled!!!!

DW and I find hidden Mickeys even sometimes when we are walking around at home, but we wouldn't bump into the Mouse as we were walking to the store, so I went with Mickey.

As cool as it would be to have a chance meeting with Mickey and get the autograph, I've done that type of thing before, and I don't do the whole autograph thing anymore. However, I do get a kick out of finding Hidden Mickeys, my DH and I are always on the look out. So we chose that one. I think I should invest in one of those Hidden Mickey books.... then again, it may be more fun, as you said, to "find it on our own" :mickey:
