I know it is around the Garden Grill, where exactly is it?

Soarin' is in the lower level of The Land pavilion. When you get down to the bottom of the stairs or escalator, it is off to the right. You won't miss it. Just follow the crowd.

When Epcot opens, the gigantic mob will lead you to Soarin'. ;)

Seriously, the attraction is on the bottom level of The Land pavilion. When you enter the park, walk to the middle of Future World and turn right.

Cross underneath Innoventions and the building will be directly in front of you. Ride the escalator down, turn right and enter the line!

Actually, it's in its own building, which can be seen between the Land and Imagination (in back). The entrance, however, is in the bottom floor of the Land building, as others have mentioned. The long, long queue is due to having to walk to the other building for the actual ride.

Not to add confusion - it really is part of the Land Pavilion, as others have said. It shares the Land Pavilion with the Circle of Life (environmental film with Simba, Timon & Pumba), Living with the Land ride, Seasons food court, the Garden Grill and Behind the Seeds walking tour.
Soarin' is on the lower level with Seasons and Living with the Land- you can't miss it.

If you arrive within 30 minutes of park opening, you won't help but finding it. There's a steady stream of people walking directly to Soarin'. They do not pass GO, they do not collect $200...

You get the idea...;)
