magical gatherings ???

hello out there... we will be traveling (9 in all) to the world in june of 08. since our group is 9 (8 people = magical gatherings), we can do some "special" things... one of which includes dinner at the contemporary, then a fireworks cruise with cap'n hook and smee i believe.

just wondering if anyone else has had the chance to do this.. and is it worth it?

Here's a previous post on a couple of magical gathering experiences:


We participated in 2 different magical gatherings. The first was the Animal Kingdom Dinner and Safari. This was so much fun. Having the Safari to ourselves was great, but nothing compared to the meal and entertainment. Each of our children was given a musical instrument to use in an interactive period during dinner. Did I mention the food was great?
The second was the magical fireworks. A pre-voyage snack was provided along with picture time with characters from Peter Pan. Our "guide" was a pirate, who was excellent. After the fireworks we returned to "port" and met Peter Pan. My children had a ball.
