Magical Things to do for Disney Pros

We will be going to WDW this July. My two daughters are Disney pros having been three times now. They are ages 11 and 12 and really enjoy going; however, I was looking for any suggestions on things we could do that would surprise them. We have done character breakfasts and the family magic tour in the past. Is there anything out there that people have done with kids at this age group that has given them that WOW factor.

Book a Wishes Cruise
Water skiiing
Parasailing
Rent water mouse boats
BB or TL are HUGELY popular with kids of this age
Let them choose dining for a day or two
Take them to the Adventurer's Club one night
Allow them to go horseback riding at FW

I'll probably think of more later!
