Does WDW provide wrist bands for children that are over 40" tall?

No. if there is a question about the child's height they just check it as they board the ride. There should be a height check sign at the beginning of the ride too, that you can use to make sure your child is tall enough.

Unfortunately No they do not have wristbands if your child meets the height requirement. I wish they would, but what can you do.. Height restrictions are there for your childs safety.. I seen this happen a couple of times where a child got measured at the start of the line and passed through but when they got to the end right before getting on the ride they got measured again and was denied boarding.. just have your child stand up straight and there should be no problem..

I know my son is just over 40 inches and I am leaving May 6th and each ride he gets measured on I will be holding my breathe and praying for the best..
