For today's question, we head over to the Polynesian Resort. You can eat either at O'hana or Kona Cafe. Which do you prefer (or which would you pick)?

Q13 will appear in Vacation Planning, most likely on Thursday.

I went with Kona Cafe, even though I haven't eaten at either place. Ohana's menu contains a lot of pork of which my DH can't eat.

'Ohana is so much fun! But Kona is so good! Another tough choice. I went with 'Ohana but it was close.

Carol, you may want to give it another look- there is not a lot of pork, but only two easily avoided skewered meats(the pork, and the sausage). There is so much more to enjoy that he wouldn't even feel at a loss.

Yeah O'Hana's is fun and Kona is good - gotta go with the fun since everything in WDW is good(great)!

I had a great breakfast at Ohana, and would love to try dinner there.

Both are yummy. But, watching my kids particpate in the events at Ohana's is priceless

I have to go with Ohana since I love eating there. I've been looking over the Kona menu since we decided to stay at the Poly this year, but Ohana won out for our ADR. We are hitting Kona on our last morning for breakfast, though.

I have to go with Kona, great food.

If Ohana's still had the Jumbo Tiger Shrimp, this would have been no contest.

Ohana's is so much fun. The food is so good. I love the audience participation they have for the kids. Watching the grill going, waiters bringing skewers of meats and shrimp to the table. The atmosphere.

Mmmmmmm I can't wait to get back.:eat:

Hands down. O'hana is the one place that DH has made a priority on our next trip. He rarely goes on and on about any resturant, but this one he did. Even suggested it to friends who are planning a trip in the future.

I've never eatten at either; however, O'hanas is on my 2008 WDW Master Planning Excel Spreadsheet for ADR priorities.

I haven't eaten at either restruant, but I choose O'hanna's since I think they have a better food selection. I'm a picky eater, so I've been getting ideas for my next trip!

mmmmmm.....I'm getting hungry just thinking about all the yummies at the Polynesian, and we don't leave for another 58 days yet.

O'hana, I had the dilema for our upcoming trip and everyone convinced me that it was better than Kona. Plus it seems like there is plenty to keep the kids occupied while we all eat. DD 2 yrs gets very antsy.

We haven't been to Kona Cafe, but we LOVE Ohana, so I chose that one. We're not going there this trip, but I'm sure it won't be long before we go back.

I had to make this decision for our Aug 2007 trip. Dinner at Kona or Ohana's? Well I decided on Ohana's for dinner. We will go to Kona for breakfast at least one day and probably a late dessert on aonther day. I hate to pick one of these two great resturants but when push came to shove I picked Ohana's so that is what I voted for too!

That was a tough one- we love Kona but nothing beats Poly food like O'hanas!

Well I can't miss watching the girls in the conga line shaking those marracas! I love the feel of the place and like to sit by the open pit. Plus at dinner during the parade and fireworks you can hear Mickey and friends talking like you were right in the park and you can see the fireworks through the windows. But I would love to try Kona, maybe this next trip around!

We've eaten at 'Ohana, but won't be trying Kona until November. I voted for Kona anyway, thanks to Jym. I love the appetizers and salad at 'Ohana, but I'm not so thrilled about the skewers. I can see why others are, though!

Not surprised by the support for O'hana. It really is a lot of fun. But we tend to like a quieter dinner so that makes it Kona for us.
