photopass problems anyone?

I ordered my photopass cd and have yet to get a confirmation email but my cc has been charged and I ordered it on Thursday, do you get a confirmation email right after? I have also tried calling the photo pass service #, but I just get an answering machine which I left a message on and still have yet to receieve a return call. Do you know of any other # that I can call? Thanks much:mickey:

To check your order status, log into your DisneyPhotoPass.com account and click “My Account” which appears at the top right of the screen. Then click “Order History” to view any current or completed orders.
