DDP-is gratuity included?

I had read that gratuity is included in the DDP. Is this true? Or do you tip according to what you would have paid if you were paying cash?

When we used the DDP a couple of years ago, the tip was included..but we often gave extra for really good service.

Yes it is included. However, you can always tip extra for good service.

But isn't that the point of a "tip"? If you're tipping extra for good service, are you tipping what you would usually tip, or a fraction of a usual tip?

I would not give them another 15-18% maybe an extra $5 or $10.00!! Depending on how good they were!

18% is included in the total. You will see what the bill would have been when you get the check. If you would have tipped 20% or more- just make up the difference in cash.
