Well, we've been at this a week and I'm glad to see you're not tired of this yet.

OK, we move to a dining question. This time your choice is between two restaurants where the CM's are known to get into the action -- or make you part of the action.

Is it:
- 50's Prime Time Cafe at MGM or
- Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge

Tough question, neither one of these were our favorite but the 50's is very popular.

I must choose 50's Prime Time Cafe only because I've never eaten at Whispering Canyon. I plan to one day though.

I love Whispering Canyon Cafe! I've had far more CM interaction there than at 50's Prime Time. I would choose it any day :thumbsup:

Wow - that was a really tough choice! I love both places...

My vote went to 50's Prime Time Cafe, primarily because of the theming... Food is good at places, as is the service and interaction....

Never been to Prime Time, but don't really have a desire to. I really like the skillet and the environment at WCC though.

This is a close one so far!

I went with WCC. I thought the interaction at 50's PTC was a bit more negative than WCC and I like the food at WCC better.

Wow! After my vote, it is neck and neck. I said WCC - I hope to go there during a future trip. I had a bad experience with a CM in October at 50's so it will be some time before I head back there. I have heard great things about WCC and can't wait to go.

I might be biased towards 50's Prime Time Cafe only because i've never been to Whispering Canyon. I truly love 50's Prime Time and I can't see eating anywhere else for the best interaction with your waiter. Someday i'll try Whispering Canyon.

well ive eaten at both. the only good things about WC was the location in WL and all you care to eat. didnt think it was too great otherwise.
50s was ok. a diff setting and since im a smart*** i joke around more w the CMs.
neither of these is on my list to repeat soon.

Whispering Canyon... so you can visit the WL!

I enjoy both, but WCC is one of my new favorites at WDW! The CM interaction is phenomenal. The food is delicious. And you get to tour the WL. 50's can't compete with all of that, and I think their CMs are slipping in the "role". My last two trips there have yielded very little humor and drama from the waitor. What we got was basically decent service, but no real "show."

I've never been to either restaurant, but I chose 50's because it looks like so much fun. We're actually going to try both places during our upcoming trip in Dec.

DW and I have enjoyed both, but there's just something we love about the WL that adds to the atmosphere, so I went with WC.

I voted for Whispering Canyon!!! WE enjoy the food and atmosphere there. WE just haven't been getting the same great interactive service at 50's as in the past.
