During the renovation of 1900 Park Fare it says that the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast will be taking it's place and will be a "pre-plated" meal.

What is a "pre-plated" meal???

When is 1900 PF being renovated? We have a breakfast there and I must have missed this info.

"Pre-plated" meals are meals that are not served buffet style, kind of like a normal restaurant except you do not get a choice they just bring you the plate of food.

Pre-plated meals are "all-you-can-eat" meals of a set menu, served family style to your table.
For most pre-plated breakfasts, they first bring out an assortment of pastries/breads/muffins. You will also get juice, coffee & milk when you are seated.
For the main course, you will get a skillet or serving platter of eggs, breakfast meats, waffle or pancakes and maybe potatoes. You will often get fresh fruit as well.
Each restaurant differs a bit in exactly what and how they serve the breakfast, but it is pretty much the same type of meal everywhere.
If you want more of anything- just ask. They will bring you as much of any part of the meal as you want.

Cinderella's Royal Table (in the Castle), 'Ohana's (Poly) and Princess Storybook Breakfast(Norway) are all pre-plated breakfasts all of the time.

1900 Park Fare is usually a buffet- where you go up and serve yourself from a larger variety of foods. But during the renovations, they will house the character breakfast and dinner at the Grand Floridian Cafe. That restaurant is not set up to be a buffet, but they can still offer the character meal in pre-plated fashion.

The dates for the renovation are currently July 9 through October 1, 2007. (Construction dates are subject to change without notice.)
