I just thought of something that I probably need to find out. The DBF likes white fish, me on the other hand I am not a big seafood eater. But we've decided to give it a try this trip. However, I am wondering is their fish grilled, baked, broiled? Anyone know? So I can inlighten the DBF. As I'll probably just get steak or chicken.

The catfish is pan fried.
The ahi tuna is pan-seared.
The sterling salmon is pan-seared.
The grilled mahi is, um, grilled.

do they not have the talipia they had on the menu on here a month or so ago? Or does it change pretty frequently?

Oh yeah, there's a talapia at lunch. It's grilled.

I am a whitefish eater...my girlfriend isn't...she LOVES salmon. I got the Mahi Mahi and it was AMAZING. It was the best meal I've ever had at Disney. She loved the salmon too. Dinner has a better selection...I reccomend going at that time.:mickey:
ENJOY!
