Question about the Dining plan

Does anyone know if they offer the free dining plan to DVCers? If not why do you suppose they don't?

Not to those using Disney Vacation Club points.

The "Free Dining Plan" discount is only applicable to a Magic My Way + Dining Package.

The goal of the discount is to increase on-property stays during a historically slow time of the year. This would not be achieved by offering it to those redeeming Disney Vacation Club points.

Since this is a question about a package discount and not the actual Disney Dining Plan, I'm going to direct further discussions to the existing Free Dining Plan Discount discussion (http://www.intercot.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=101424).
