Ohana recipes?

I am not sure if this is the right place but we are planning a Luau for DH's 30th birthday!! He loves Ohana and I am hoping to find a few recipes for the party. The best would be the bread pudding. Any help is greatly appricated!!:mickey:

I found Ohana's recipe for bread pudding here on info central a couple years ago, but its no longer there. However, here is the one for 1900 Park Fare's bread pudding, very similar:

For caramel sauce, I just used Smuckers, found in the ice cream area at the grocery store.

the above link is the recipe I have and it makes up beautifully...just like O'Hana's!
