Timeless
elegance meets old-fashioned charm at this waterfront Resort hotel. Delight
in saltwater taffy-colored cottages, private courtyards and picturesque
gardens—plus the ragtime sounds and carnival pastimes of the exciting Coney
Island-style boardwalk. Reminiscent of turn-of-the-century Atlantic City,
Disney’s BoardWalk Villas is located within walking distance to both Epcot
and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Boardwalk Villas was the first DVC resort
attached to a separate Deluxe Resort. The Villas share real estate with the
neighboring Boardwalk Inn, and its dining, recreation, and shopping
opportunities. The entire complex is located in the Epcot resort area, just
out the back door of Epcot and a short walk from Disney's Hollywood Studios.

In addition to Stormalong Bay, the Beach Club villas has a private pool and
spa. Please note, there is no lifeguard on duty at this pool.
Ferris W. Eahlers Community Hall: Relax and unwind in a fun-filled space
designed for the entire family. Play games like foosball, air hockey, pool,
ping pong, darts and more! Guests may also make crafts, relax in our TV
viewing areas, rent DVDs, join our “rainy day” activities and check out
books.
Amenities and activities are available to current Guests of the Resort where
the Community Hall is located. Most are complimentary, while some are
available for a fee.
Game and activity selection varies between Community Halls.

Transportation:
Guests at Disney's Boardwalk Villas will utilize the transporation options
at the Boardwalk Inn. However, at some parks, such as the Magic Kingdom,
there will be a dedicated BoardWalk Villas bus.
Check In/Out:
Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
Accommodations:
Boardwalk Villas offers Studios, 1 and 2-Bedroom units, and Grand Villas.
Villas can have standard, garden, pool, or Boardwalk views.

2 bedroom villas
can be a combination of a studio and 1 bedroom villa, with a connecting door
(lock-off), or a dedicted 2 bedroom unit. Dedicated units have a king bed in
one bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. 2 bedroom villas can
accommodate up to 8 guests. These units have ceiling fans in the living room
and bedrooms.

Three-Bedroom Grand Villas
The three-bedroom villas consist of master bedroom suite with a
king-size bed along with master bath containing a whirlpool tub. Each villa
also has a living room with a volume ceiling and a queen-size sleep sofa, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher
and microwave oven, a full-size washer and dryer in a laundry room, and a
private porch. Each of the additional bedrooms has two queen-size beds and a
private bath. The Grand Villas sleep a total of twelve people.
