Take a step back to a simpler time and a slower pace and enjoy the relaxing feeling of a stay at this resort. 2,048 guestrooms are decorated to give a feeling of the old south. A huge recreational area with pool and playground. Take a boat ride on the Bayou if you get a chance in the Sassagoula River Cruise.

Size of Rooms: 314 square feet

Number of beds: 2-double beds (1967), King beds (81), 22 disabled-accessible rooms. Trundle beds offered for a 5th guest in the Alligator Bayou section only..

Features of Room: Armoire, a nightstand, refrigerator, TV, a small table with 2 chairs, a luggage rack

Roll away bed - $15.00 per night night
Cribs are available upon request.

Bathroom: 2 pedestal sinks with mirrors that are in a vanity area separate from the tub and toilet

Balcony: No

Occupancy: Maximum four-person occupancy per room. If there are more than 2 adults in a room, there is an additional charge of $15 per adult, per night. Also, an additional charge of $15 applies for the use of the child-size trundle bed.

Extras: In the Alligator Bayou section only, another special feature are the trundle beds. These are small beds, just big enough for a child under the age of 9, that pull out from underneath a larger bed.

For the Swimming Fan: 6 Pools. Ol’ Man River is centrally located on an island featuring a water slide, hot tub and kiddy pool.

For the Mouseketeer: Kids playground located at Ol’ Man Island.

For the Game Player: Medicine Show Arcade

Fishing excursions are 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.

Cane pole fishing near Ol' Man Island
$4.00 per half-hour per pole.
Family special (four to six poles) - $12.50 per half-hour.
