Calendars Released Through May 2006
The Walt
Disney World Resort has announced it's
Extra Magic Hours, Operating and Event schedules through May 2006. For
guests visiting during this time, you will want to visit the
Park Hours and
Events pages to aid in planning your trip. Remember, all times and
schedules are subject to change, so check back often.

New
180 Day Dining Reservation Policy
Walt
Disney World Resort guests can now call 180 days in advance to book Dining
Reservations at most table service restaurants. The new 180-day advance
reservation program also applies to the children’s activity centers and
special events. Recreation and Tours are not changing at this time. Disney
will continue to offer guests staying on site the benefit to book their
entire length of stay (up to 10 days) when they call 180 days from their
arrival date. Walt Disney World will also begin to publish operating hours
six months in advance, to enable guests to better plan their itineraries.

Walt
Disney World Reopens
After
safely withstanding the wind and rain associated with Hurricane Wilma, the
Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Downtown Disney are now open. MGM and Animal
Kingdom will remain closed throughout the day. The Magic Kingdom is open
today from 1PM to 12AM.
Epcot is open
1-10PM. There will be no Food and Wine offerings or seminars today. The
hours of operation for Downtown Disney are 1-11PM. Disney transportation is
also operational.

Disney Theme
Parks Closed Monday
All four Walt
Disney World Theme Parks, Typhoon Lagoon, Downtown Disney and Disney’s Wide
World of Sports will not open Monday due to Hurricane Wilma. Fort
Wilderness Camp Ground is closed. Guests are being relocated to All Star
Sports at their current campground rate. Disney cast members should contact
their Cast Hotlines or their leaders for information about their schedule
for Monday. Weather permitting, Walt Disney World may reopen one or more
theme parks to Resort Guests Only after the storm passes on Monday
afternoon.

INTERCOT's
own Figment! brings you the latest in news & rumors. Among them... More
details are starting to surface about big changes that may be happening at
the Contemporary resort. New rumblings are afoot on the future of the El
Pirata y El Perico Restaurante’s Dinner Buffet. Pleasure Island may be in
store for some further changes in the future as two of the current venues
may go the way of the Jazz Club.
