<<Take a Bite out of 2015>>

Here’s a look at the culinary changes coming in 2015:

The rolling tide has brought change to seaside dining at Disney’s Boardwalk. Trattoria al Forno has opened offering Guests a range tempting regional specialties and crowd-pleasing classics that offer diners an authentic taste of Italy. Also open for breakfast, Trattoria al Forno offers up American favorites with classic Italian tastes. The new restaurant is open 7:30 am- 11:00 am for breakfast, 5:00 pm-10:00 pm for dinner. The location also accepts the Disney Dining Plan.

A popular Magic Kingdom table service restaurant has closed for a multi-month refurbishment. Cinderella's Royal Table is closed for refurbishment through March 6th, 2015. During the closure, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort is offering “Cinderella’s Dining at Cítricos Breakfast and Brunch with the Disney Princesses”. Taking place daily through March 3, 2015; the limited time dining experience is $49.99 for Guests Ages 10 and Up and $31.99 for Guests Ages 3 – 9.

Construction walls are up around the Flame Tree Barbeucue as the multi-month refurbishment is underway. Until the location re-opens in June 2015, Disney's Animal Kingdom has announced that signature menu items will be available at alternative locations. The Beastly Kiosk in Discovery Isle is offering the 1/2 BBQ Chicken, 1/2 Slab of St. Louis Style Ribs, and Chicken and Ribs combo; The Garden Kiosk in Discovery Isle is offering the 1/2 BBQ Chicken, 1/2 Slab of St. Louis Style Ribs, and Chicken and Ribs combo; and Trilo-Bites in Dinoland is offering Jumbo Turkey Leg and Pork Sandwich.

New restaurants will be springing up all over the new Disney Springs in 2015. The ONE Group Hospitality Inc will open a STK steakhouse location in The Landing at Disney Springs in 2015. Chef Masaharu Morimoto is teaming up with Patina Restaurant Group to open Morimoto Asia. Morimoto Asia will feature a new two-story glass entrance, Asian calligraphy facades, and outdoor dining areas with views overlooking Disney Springs. The location is planned to open in Summer 2015 at The Landing. Schussler Creative is bringing their latest project, The BOATHOUSE to the Landing at Disney Springs. Opening Spring 2015; the upscale, waterfront dining experience featuring spectacular floating artwork: dream boats from the 30’s, 40’s & 50’s.
