The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is an autumn special event
that transforms Epcot into a food and wine lover's paradise with specialty
food items, culinary events, sophisticated parties and live musical
entertainment.
Epcot always features a remarkable collection of international dining
opportunities and tempting spirits, but during the Epcot International Food
& Wine Festival there is even more to sample, sip and love.
Try delicious cuisine from around the world at special food booths set up
along World Showcase Promenade. Explore specialty marketplaces featuring
regional foods, wines and beers. Learn from renowned chefs and winemakers at
special programs and demonstrations, and sample the finest cuisine from
around the globe at spectacular culinary events.
Plus, there is more to do than just enjoying great food and beverage. Enjoy
the Eat to the Beat concert series every night during the Festival and
unwind with a stellar lineup of celebrated musical acts.
Epcot theme park admission is required. Some Epcot International Food & Wine
Festival events require ticket fees in addition to admission to Epcot.
Availability is limited for some events. Events may be rescheduled or
cancelled at any time.

Beat! Concert Series:
Groove to the music as some of America's favorite artists take to the
America Gardens Theatre stage for an exciting concert series.

Set the mood for food with the savory sounds of dazzling, diverse musical
acts, live on stage at the America Gardens Theatre in World Showcase.
In addition to crowd favorites like Jon Secada, Boyz II Men and Los Lobos,
several new performers will rock the stage for the very first time this
year! Richard Marx, Better Than Ezra, Vanessa Carlton, John Waite and Billy
Ocean are new artists who will have you on your feet as you Eat to the Beat.

Each of these 30-minute seminars celebrates the origins, properties and
history of some of the world's purest ingredients. Enjoy a lively and
informative presentation by subject authorities.

Authors without Borders
Listen to renowned authors from the food and wine industries speak about
popular topics in these informative and enlightening 30-minute
conversations.

Wine & Beverage Seminars
A 5-minute seminar allows you to meet the featured winery principal, learn a
few useful wine tips and sample the specially selected vintages or
beverages.
Daily 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:45 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Price: $8.00 per person, tax included. Theme Park Admission is required.
Daily Culinary Demonstrations
Learn from the pros at these 45-minute culinary sessions. Meet the featured
chef and wine presenter, pick up cooking tips and best of all, taste the
demonstrated dish and wine pairing!
Daily: 1:00p.m., 2:45 p.m., and 4:30 p.m.
Price: $8.00 per person, tax included. Theme Park Admission is required.
History of Beer in America
Learn the history of beer in the New World and the awesome art and science
behind brewing the beverage. This seminar is hosted by the Boston Beer
Company, brewers of Samuel Adams Beer®. Daily seminars at 12:30 p.m., 1:15
p.m., 2:05 p.m., 3:35 p.m., 4:45 p.m. and 6:05 p.m. in the Epcot American
Adventure Pavilion.

Taste of Puglia — Hosted by Taste of Puglia
Comune di Andria-Qoco
Puglian chefs and wine experts bring the regional flair and flavors of
southern Italy to the Festival. On the Promenade, learn about the history of
olive oil and pasta from epicureans, observe traditional techniques used in
preparing gourmet Puglian foods and have the opportunity to purchase food
products native to the region. Specialty programming that celebrates the
flavors and products of Puglia will also be available.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
These late afternoon sessions are great opportunities to discover a marriage
of three regional wines with three tasting-size portions of regional
cuisines from select Epcot® restaurants. A wine representative will moderate
each session and these will vary according to location. Featured wines and
menu selections will change daily.

Party for the Senses
A tribute to the sensory arts! During the festival, every Saturday becomes a
truly magical evening, celebrating gastronomic treasures. Begin your evening
with a reserved seat at the Eat to the Beat concert series at the America
Gardens Theatre.
Following the show, World ShowPlace Pavilion becomes the setting for a grand
tasting where you will have the opportunity to walk around and sample
regional food and beverage specialties. In addition there will be lively
entertainment to set the mood.
