Tomato, Onion & Herb Salad

Ingredients:
4 fresh, vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/8 cup chopped fresh sage
1/8 cup chopped fresh mint
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Serve chilled.
