Mulva Pudding
Boma - Animal Kingdom Lodge
Yield - 20 muffin size pieces or 2 10 inch cake pans
Ingredients:
8 ounces Sugar
2 each Eggs
¾ ounce Apricot Jam
6 ounces Cake Flour
¼ ounce Baking Soda
1/8 ounce Salt
1 ounce Butter
½ ounce Vinegar
2/3 ounce Emmett’s Crème Liquor
2/3 ounce Milk
Syrup
2 ounces Amarula Liquor or Emmett’s Crème Liquor
2 ounces Butter, melted
1 ounce Sugar
1 ounce Milk
Method:
Beat eggs, sugar, and apricot jam until smooth. Sift flour, baking soda, and
salt. Mix melted butter, vinegar, liquor, and milk. Then fold dry and wet
ingredients alternately into the egg mixture. Pie into muffin tins or into
the cake pans. Bake at 350o for 20 to 25 minutes.
Mix all syrup ingredients together and brush on or soak while still warm.
