INTERCOT ADR Planner
Making Advanced Dining
Reservations can seem like a daunting task, but INTERCOT has a spreadsheet
tool that can help make things easier!
The INTERCOT Advanced Dining Reservation Planner allows INTERCOTees to plan
their reservations for their vacation dates with automatically generated
call dates and a personalized itinerary.
The three sections of the Planner provide three distinct avenues of
planning.
The Planner section gives INTERCOTees a clear format to plan their
reservations, have their call dates generated per location per day, and
provide a clear format to track their reservation numbers.
The Quick Calc section allows INTERCOTees to quickly look up the call date
for an individual location for their vacation dates.
The Personal Itinerary section gives INTERCOTees a clear, concise printable
spreadsheet tracking their reservation locations, times and numbers by day
and meal.
Please Note, the INTERCOT Advanced Dining Reservation Planner is only valid
for vacations of 20 consecutive days or less.

Instructions:
*Note*: Only input into white colored cells.
To navigate between sections, click on the individual tabs at the bottom of
the screen
Planning:
1. Input the first day of your vacation
2. Input if you are staying “on-property”
a. Note: if you are planning on staying on-property, but have not yet
booked—you need to enter “No”. For Dining Reservations purposes Guests are
only considered on-site once they have booked their on-site stay. Once you
book, change your answer to Yes—this will effect your call dates.
3. Fill in the Location fields for Days 1-10 of your vacation with the
Dining Locations you plan making reservations for.
4. Using the Chart in the upper right hand corner, fill out the Call Code
field for each of the locations you have entered.
a. Upon completing this step, a Call Date will be generated for each
location you have entered.
5. Fill in the time field for each location with a goal time for each
reservation or leave blank if you don’t have a specific time in mind.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for Day 11-20 if applicable.
7. On your call date(s), fill in the time and reservation number field for
each location as you make them your Advanced Dining Reservations.
Quick Calc:
1. Fill out the first day of your vacation and if you are staying on
property
a. Note: If you have already filled out the Planner section you can carry
over the info you entered there by checking the check box. If you check this
box, the info you enter on this page will be ignored.
2. Fill in a target date for the type of location you are considering.
a. As you fill in a target date, a call date will be generated.
Personal Itinerary:
1. This page is automatically completed based on your inputs into the
Planner section. Print out the pages as applicable to your vacation length.
a. Meals you do not have reservations for will be blanked-out on this page
and their fields will be marked-out with dashed lines.
