Universal Concierge Levels

Anyone ever stayed concierge at a Universal hotel?

Our first trip to Universal last year we stayed at Royal Pacific and had a nice enough time. We're looking forward to another 2 night visit before heading over to Disney this June, and I was wondering if it was worth the $$ to upgrade to the concierge level. Anyone have any experiences to share?

We tried to upgrade to HRH concierge last year, but they were booked. So, I do not speak from personal experience, but we were trying to upgrade on the recommedation of a friend (with 3 growing boys) who felt that it was worth it money-wise because of the food offerings for the kids.

I think because all three properties are operated by Lowe's hotels, the concierge should be very nice for all hotels.

I think we may give it a go...not too much of a price increase to move up to the lounge.
