Does anyone know if this restaurant will be character dining when it opens?

I have heard that Lumiere is up next for Disney's Living Character Initiative, which I am sure will be at Be Our Guest, I have even heard talks about a fully animatronic sing-and-dance show.
All rumors, of course, but if you look at the concept art, there is an 'animated' Lumiere being wheeled around in a similar fashion to Remy at Chefs De France.

There is an interview on another Disney site with the lead imagineer for the project. He stated that lumier will be in the story time with Belle section, and at this time no plans for character dining at BOG.
