I agree with all of the previous posters, no matter who you get, you'll love them.
We always use Debbie and love her, but I've heard super things about everyone at Magical Journeys.

I have used them for the first time ever to plan the most important trip I am taking to day... Our December Disneymoon.... And honestly i wouldn't want it any other way. Debbie is just awesome, she is always right there with options and ideas to help cut the costs down.... Truly the most relaxing and stress free (at least for me... I apologize to Debbie all the time because I picture her ripping her hair out at my requests lol).
I recommend Magical Journey's to ALL my friends and family that would be otherwise trying to plan themselves or book through another agency.
I only wish I would have relinquished my planning to them earlier.... I LOVE THEM!

Thanks for all the words of reassurance! We're working with Kathy. She seems extremely nice and helpful! I was astonished how quickly she responds to my e-mails! It's hard to relinquish "Disney control" but we're planning on doing a split stay for our next trip and I didn't want to deal with that myself and risk screwing something up!

I've been waiting for someone to give Debbie some love!! We just booked with Magical Journeys for the first time and have been nothign short of astonished at how sweet and helpful they are. I know that if there is a deal out there, Debbie will hook me up. I appreciate her looking out for me.

I just used them back in the beginning of Sept. to book a trip for June. So far, my interaction with Debbie has been fantastic. But I've not had many requests......yet. Don't really expect to have any as this is a fun leisurely trip for my daughter and I to celebrate my B'day and her early HS graduation.

Love Magical Journeys, and Debbie!! She's been with us for all of our trips once we started using MJ and she's been fantastic. You can't go wrong with anyone at MJ, I don't think! Have fun!

We have been dealing with Denise for years and have ALWAYS been pleased with the service we receive. When Denise (Keeler) has been unavailable (yes, MJ agents take vacations too!! LOL) we have dealt with Kathy (Peacock)
No matter who gets your request at MJ, you WILL be pleased!!

Hey!!!!!!!!! MJ is #1. Kathy arranged the first trip to WDW for my wife and I. It could'nt have been better. I remember calling her for directions from WDW. She is Tops. As I imagine everyone at MJ is Tops as well. She booked our second trip as well. Kathy is full of knowledge and very friendly, and professional. As soon as a discount comes out, I know about it. I remember this year (our third trip coming up in DEC) I wanted to add a day, and Kathy got it in there as she had lost power due to Irene paying her a visit. My Mouse Ears are off to MJ & Staff.

I have to throw some love out to Terrisue! She has been amazing every single time I've contacted her. We started using Magical Journeys in 2008 (& Terrisue) and I will NEVER book any other way AGAIN. She has helped us tremendously with our December trip...and trust me, I think I've done every thing possible to drive her crazy (not on purpose!). I've lost track of how many times I had her check to see if there were any discounted standard rooms at WL, but she is always right there with a prompt response. It 's so nice knowing that she's watching out for me and will get me the best deal possible. I'm so grateful to Intercot for recommending Magical Journeys! We've saved thousands of dollars since we started using them...what's not to love??
