Default Refillable mugs???

If we purchase refillable mugs at CBR can we still use them at CSR when we move there? We are staying 4 nights at CBR and then 13 nights at CSR.

I'm not entirely sure about that. The mugs are supposed to be for the length of your stay, and even though you're switching resorts, it's still the same vacation. That would seem to be a continuation of the one stay. Of course, if they already have the chips installed at the drink machines in those resorts, yeah, that would probably be no. I think the best thing would be to ask the CM when you buy your mug about the split stay policy, but I would think it would still count and be okay to use the same mug.

According to the signs posted at the refill stations; "Refillable mugs may be used at the resort where they were purchased, during the stay that they were purchased." Since the OP states they want to use the mug at a different resort that would not comply with the rules.

Chris, I hope I am wrong. I have and will continue to have split stays. There doesn't seem to be any official posted policy on the matter by Disney. Once again leaving it to the discrepancy of the CM's. Allowing inconsistencies to run rampant.

I think you can - over Labor Day we spent a night at Pop and then moved to Beach Club. We used the same mugs in both resorts.

If that's the policy, then you're right. We're doing a couple of split stays coming up and I had wondered about that. Not sure if they'll change the policy or clarify it with the new chip mugs.

We've done some split stays and it has always worked out fine (this was before the new mugs with the chip?). We've just asked the CM and they've let us use the same mugs.
