Narcoossee's Oyster's Rockefeller

So I have been checking menus out online and none of the Narcoossees menus have this on it anymore. It is my absolute favorite thing I have ever eaten and will be very disappointed if it is really gone. Has anyone eaten there recently and if so are they still on the menu?

We've been eating at Narcoosee's for 5 or 6 years now and never remember them on the menu. Oysters Rockefeller is my husband's favorite and he would have ordered it if they ever had. I only remember Mussels on their menu.

Aren't oysters seasonal? I did have them last November but when I look at a souvenir birthday menu from June 2010 they aren't there.

I never thought of them as being seasonal. The last two times I ate there were the last two novembers and both times they were on the menu.

There is a saying you should only eat Gulf oysters on the half shell (or most oyster dishes) in months that end in "r".

I'll be there the second week in October and report back if they are on the menu!

I've been there with oysters on the menu, but never Oysters Rockefeller. Sorry. It's possible they will come back, but equally possible the oyster offering in season is something different. They frequently change the menus at most of the Signature dining venues.

Found a fall 2010 menu online and sure enough there they were, not tradition Rockefeller but they were outstanding.
