Goofy's Kitchen meal

Hey everyone, my friend has another question. She'd like to know opinions on Goofy's Kitchen, both for breakfast and dinner. They are looking at possibly eating one or two meals there and she's also like to know the normal characters, or even some that people have seen there that aren't so normal. She knows of course that no certain characters are guaranteed.
